Position Overview
We are seeking a professional CDL-A Regional Truck Driver to operate out of the Cumberland, MD area. This role focuses on regional corridors spanning the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, including I-68, I-70, I-81, I-83, and I-95, with freight lanes reaching into Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and New York. You will be home weekly, running consistent routes that keep you close to the Cumberland, Hagerstown, and Frederick markets.
Minimum Qualifications (Strict)
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (required, no exceptions).
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean medical card.
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 5 years.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and road test.
Fleet and Equipment
- Drive late-model tractors (model year 18 months or newer).
- All trucks equipped with automatic transmissions, advanced safety systems, and in-cab technology.
- 53-foot dry van trailers, no-touch freight.
- Pre-pass and EZ-pass provided for all tolls.
Pay and Weekly Scale
- Target weekly earnings ceiling of $1,750 based on miles and performance.
- Mileage pay up to $0.62 per mile based on tenure and safety record.
- Stop pay, detention pay, and layover pay available.
- Direct deposit, weekly pay cycle.
- Safety and performance bonuses quarterly.

Safety Gate Requirements
- Strict safety gate: no more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Zero DUIs or any alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
- Completion of a defensive driving course is a plus.
- All candidates must sign a safety commitment acknowledgment.
