Your routes will primarily cover I-10, I-12, I-55, and I-59, connecting Baton Rouge to key markets across the Gulf South, Southeast, and Midwest. Expect runs through Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas, with consistent backhauls that keep you moving and earning.

Late-Model Fleet

We operate a fleet of trucks under 18 months old, equipped with the latest safety technology and ergonomic features. All units are maintained on a rigorous schedule to maximize uptime and your comfort.

Compensation and Weekly Scale

Target weekly earnings sit around a $1,750 ceiling, based on a combination of per-mile and activity-based pay. Consistent miles and transparent pay structures ensure you hit your financial goals.

Safety Gate Requirements

To qualify, you must meet strict safety standards: no more than 1 preventable accident and no more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years. Additionally, zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years are required.

Experience Requirement

Mandate: A minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience is required. Recent graduates are not eligible for this position.
