Minimum Experience Requirement

To ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism on the road, we strictly require a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience. This is non-negotiable.

Your Lane: Localized Northeast Corridors

Forget chasing coast-to-coast runs. This position is designed to keep you close to home and moving through familiar territory. You will primarily operate along the I-81, I-84, and I-380 corridors, with frequent runs to distribution hubs in Wilkes-Barre, Allentown, Harrisburg, and into the New York and New Jersey markets. This is a localized schedule that maximizes home time while keeping your wheels turning.

Drive a Late-Model Fleet

We invest in our drivers by investing in our equipment. You will be assigned a late-model tractor that is under 18 months old. All trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, collision mitigation systems, and advanced lane-keeping technology to ensure you arrive safely and comfortably.

Your Compensation and Earning Potential

We pay for your time and your safety. Our pay structure is designed to reward consistent performance. Driven and reliable professionals can expect to target a weekly earning ceiling of $1,750 based on a combination of mileage and stops. Your specific scale is based on tenure and performance, but the opportunity to hit that top tier is available to every driver who meets our standards.

Strict Safety Gate Requirements

We maintain a high standard for our team. To qualify for this position, your driving record must meet the following strict safety gates:

• No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Secure cargo and ensure all loads are properly tied down.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation via electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Communicate dispatch updates regarding delays, traffic, or equipment issues.
• Represent the company with a professional and courteous demeanor at all shipper and receiver locations.
