Are you a Class A CDL driver who values a predictable route, late-model equipment, and a company that treats your time like it matters? This is not a regional wander. This is a dedicated corridor position servicing the I-20 and I-35 W corridors between Weatherford, Fort Worth, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with occasional runs down to Waco and Temple. You are home every weekend, and most nights, you are within a 200-mile radius of Parker County.

Why This Position Exceeds the Standard

  • Late-Model Fleet: You will operate a 2023 or newer Volvo VNL 760 or Freightliner Cascadia, all under 18 months old. Every truck is equipped with APU, inverter, and full factory safety suite (adaptive cruise, lane departure, and collision mitigation). No trucks over 18 months, ever.
  • Weekly Pay Scale: With our per-mile plus stop pay blend, top-performing drivers consistently land in the $1,650 to $1,750 weekly ceiling range. Base pay is $0.62 per mile with a $35 per stop premium, plus a weekly safety and fuel bonus of up to $150.
  • Localized Corridors: Primary freight is retail and foodservice distribution. Your daily lanes are I-20 from Weatherford to Fort Worth, I-35W to Denton, and SH-199 to Jacksboro. You will never run the coasts or the Northeast. This is Texas-centric, predictable, and repeatable.

We do not offer bare-bones insurance. Our drivers receive a Health Blueprint that includes zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day 30.   • Pet & Rider Policy: You can bring your dog or a passenger (18 years or older) after your first 30 days. No hidden fees, no extra deposit. Just a simple sign-off and a safety orientation.
  • Paid Orientation: 2 days in Fort Worth, fully paid, with hotel and meals covered.

Safety Gate Requirements – Non-Negotiable

We run a clean, professional operation. To qualify, your record must pass these strict gates:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no recent grads, no exceptions).
  • Preventable Accidents: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • Moving Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • DUIs: Zero DUIs or reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years. No exceptions.
  • Drug & Alcohol: Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.

What Your Week Looks Like

Dispatch is Sunday evening or Monday at 6:00 AM. You will run 4 to 5 short hauls per day, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads. Average trip length is 150 miles. You are back at the Weatherford yard by 5:00 PM most days, and you are done by noon on Friday. Weekends are yours.
