Location: Ocala, FL (Fully Remote – Work from your home office or anywhere in the Marion County area)

Compensation: $1,000 – $2,000 weekly (1099 Independent Contractor)

Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a sharp, self-motivated professional in Ocala to act as a Talent Pipeline Architect. This is not a sales role. You will be the key point of contact for warm, inbound applicants who have already shown interest in our services. Your focus is on building a strong, reliable flow of candidates through structured phone conversations, not on generating leads or making cold calls.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting structured phone interviews with pre-qualified candidates who have applied directly or responded to our ads.
  • Accurately tracking all interactions, candidate status, and next steps using our provided CRM tools.
  • Guiding each selected candidate through a step-by-step remote onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
  • Maintaining a consistent daily schedule to keep your pipeline moving efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
  • The ability to operate as a corporate entity. You must have an established LLC with an EIN, or be ready to file one. We provide straightforward, step-by-step guidance during your training to help you set this up if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to guide conversations without sounding scripted.
  • Comfort with using web-based software to log notes and manage tasks.
