Home Time: Regional routes with consistent weekly returns to the Mason City area.
Equipment: Late-model fleet – all tractors and trailers under 18 months old, equipped with APUs, satellite tracking, and automatic transmissions.
Compensation Target: Top performers consistently scale to a $1,750 weekly ceiling.

This is not a generic over-the-road post. You will run dedicated corridors connecting the I-35 and Highway 18 network, serving freight lanes from Mason City to the Twin Cities, Des Moines, Omaha, and Kansas City. You will handle no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations, allowing you to maximize driving miles and minimize downtime.
Localized Route Highlights
- Primary lanes: I-35 North to Minneapolis/St. Paul; I-35 South to Des Moines; Highway 18 East to Waterloo and Dubuque; I-80 West to Omaha/Council Bluffs.
- Secondary lanes: US-69 to Ames and Ankeny; Highway 9 to Forest City and Albert Lea, MN.
- All routes are designed for 5.5 to 6 days out with 34-hour resets at home in Mason City or surrounding areas (Clear Lake, Charles City, Nora Springs).
Fleet and Technology
- All trucks are 2024 or newer – average fleet age is 14 months.
- Every tractor is equipped with collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and in-cab cameras (driver-facing cameras are disabled).
- Trailers are 53-foot dry vans with swing doors and lift gates available on select units.
