American Trucking Solutions is a corporate staffing support firm, and we are expanding our remote team. This role focuses entirely on office-based recruitment operations—no trucking, no equipment, and no driving roles involved.

Financial Opportunity: This is a 1099 independent contractor position where you can earn between $1,000 and $2,000 each week. Your income is directly tied to your ability to guide candidates through our process.

Your Lead Flow: Forget about cold calling or telemarketing. We provide you with a steady stream of warm inbound leads and completed application inquiries. Your job is to pick up the phone, connect with these pre-interested individuals, and move them forward.

Your Daily Tasks: Your core responsibilities will involve phone-based screening conversations with applicants, diligently tracking each candidate's progress inside our CRM system, and walking them through the final steps of remote onboarding. You are the bridge between an application and a successful start.

What You Need to Get Started: A reliable computer, a smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection are must-haves. Additionally, because this is a contract role, you will need to operate as a corporate entity. This means having a registered LLC with an EIN. If you don't have one yet, do not worry—we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you file it quickly.
