Job Overview

Join our team as a CDL-A OTR Truck Driver based out of Wilmington, NC. We are seeking experienced drivers with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience to operate late-model fleets under 18 months old. This position offers consistent weekly earnings targeting up to a $1,750 ceiling, with a focus on safety, reliability, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment along designated OTR routes, including localized corridors such as I-40, I-95, and US-74, with regular runs through the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
  • Adhere to all federal and company safety regulations, including strict gate requirements: no more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the past 2 years, and zero DUIs in the past 5 years.
  • Maintain timely delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and customer contacts.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring equipment is in top condition.
  • Manage paperwork and electronic logs accurately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
