Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer Driver – Casper, WY

Job Type: Full-Time, Regional & OTR

Home Time: Weekly or Bi-Weekly Options

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions).

This is not a generic run. This is a Casper-centric operation designed for drivers who know the high plains and mountain corridors. You will run consistent, repeatable freight lanes that keep you close to home when you need it, but maximize your earning power when you want it.

Primary corridors include:

  • I-25 Corridor: Casper to Denver, CO and Cheyenne, WY (regular shuttle runs)
  • I-90/I-94 Corridor: Casper to Billings, MT, Bismarck, ND, and Minneapolis, MN
  • I-80 Corridor: Casper to Salt Lake City, UT and Omaha, NE (repositioning and long-haul freight)
  • Regional delivery into the Powder River Basin (Gillette, WY) and the Bakken (Williston, ND) – no oilfield HAZMAT required, just dry van and reefer freight.

You will never be routed through the worst of mountain passes in winter without a clear safety plan. We prioritize traction tire usage and shut-down authority when conditions deteriorate.

Pay & Weekly Scale

Your target weekly earning ceiling sits at $1,750. This is achievable with a mix of mileage and stop pay. Most drivers on this account run between 2,400 and 2,800 miles per week, plus an average of 3 to 5 stops per load. No forced dispatch into low-paying deadhead runs.

  • Base Pay: $0.62 – $0.68 CPM based on verifiable experience
  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop after the first two stops
  • Safety Bonus: $500 quarterly for zero incidents and no missed log entries
  • Layover/Breakdown: $150 per day if delayed more than 24 hours
  • Detention: $28/hour after first 2 hours

Direct deposit every Friday. No factoring fees. No advance deductions.

Late-Model Fleet – 18 Months Old or Newer

You will be assigned to a tractor from our top-tier fleet. All units are 2024 or 2025 model year Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680. Every truck includes:

  • Automatic transmission (no manual shifting required)
  • Collision mitigation and lane departure warning systems
  • Inverter (1500W) with dual 110V outlets
  • Refrigerator and 26-inch flat-screen TV mount
  • APU or idling-capable engine with bunk heater/cooler
  • Built-in 5G tablet with ELD and navigation – no phone mounting required

Trailers are 2023 or newer 53-foot dry vans and reefers with swing doors. No pups. No liftgates unless specified on your load plan.
