Fort Smith, AR – Professional Driving Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL tractor-trailer drivers for a dedicated role based out of Fort Smith, Arkansas. This position requires a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Localized Corridors

Routes primarily operate within a 250-mile radius of Fort Smith, including key lanes to and from Little Rock, Fayetteville, Tulsa, and Joplin. Occasional runs to Oklahoma City and Memphis may be required. Drivers can expect consistent home time with a predictable schedule.

Late-Model Fleet

All equipment is late-model, under 18 months old, and equipped with advanced safety technologies including lane departure warnings, collision mitigation systems, and automatic transmissions. Trucks are maintained on a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule to ensure reliability and comfort.

Compensation and Earnings

Average weekly earnings target $1,750, with a ceiling around this range based on route efficiency and performance. Pay is competitive for the region and includes opportunities for mileage and stop pay bonuses.
