Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused CDL-A OTR Truck Driver to represent our fleet out of the Chico, CA area. This is not an entry-level position. You must bring at least three months of verifiable, recent tractor-trailer experience to qualify.   • Pet and Rider Options: We understand that life on the road is better with company. After 30 days of employment, you are eligible to bring along a passenger (subject to our rider policy) and your well-behaved pet. A clean driving record and a valid passenger endorsement are required for riders. Pets must be documented and approved before dispatch.

Compensation and Weekly Scale

Our pay package is structured to reward experienced drivers. We target a weekly scale that sits around a $1,750 ceiling. This figure is attainable based on mileage, on-time performance, and safety bonuses. You will receive a transparent per-mile rate plus stop pay and loading/unloading pay where applicable. We do not hide fees, and we provide a full settlement breakdown every week.

Safety Gate Requirements

Safety is our non-negotiable foundation. To be considered, you must pass the following strict safety gates. If you do not meet these criteria, we cannot move forward with your application.

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related driving offenses in the last 5 years.
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean medical card.
  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid and current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
  • At least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
  • No automatic transmission restriction is preferred but not required for all positions.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Stable work history and professional references from previous driving employers.
  • Strong map-reading and GPS navigation skills, with the ability to adapt to weather and traffic conditions.
