Job Type: Full-Time, Company Driver (No O/O)

Home Time: Regional – Home Weekly (Typical 5-6 days out)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.

We are seeking a professional Class A CDL Company Driver to run dedicated and regional freight out of the Twin Falls, ID terminal. This is a stable, lane-specific position built for drivers who value predictable miles, late-model equipment, and a safety-first culture. You will primarily run corridors connecting the Magic Valley to Boise, Pocatello, Salt Lake City, and Spokane, with occasional runs into the Portland and Reno markets.

Localized Corridors & Freight Profile

  • Primary Lanes: I-84, I-86, US-93, and I-15 corridors.
  • Key Route Hubs: Twin Falls to Boise (ID), Twin Falls to Ogden/Salt Lake City (UT), and Twin Falls to Spokane (WA).
  • Freight Types: 70% dry van, 30% temperature-controlled (reefer) for agricultural and food-grade customers.
  • Stop Density: Average 2 to 4 stops per trip with no-touch freight at pickup and drop-off.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

  • Pay Model: CPM (cents per mile) plus stop pay and detention pay.
  • Weekly Earnings Ceiling: Target average of $1,750/week for drivers who run consistent miles (2,300-2,600 miles/week).
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.
  • Accessorial Pay: $25 per stop, $20/hour after 2-hour detention, and $50 for each tarp load (if applicable).

Late-Model Fleet – 18 Months or Newer

You will be assigned a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or International LT. All trucks are equipped with:

  • Automatic transmissions (no manual shifting required).
  • APU (auxiliary power unit) for comfortable sleeper berth temperatures.
  • Inverter (1500W) for standard electronics.
  • Forward-facing and inward-facing dash cameras (safety coaching only, not punitive).
  • SiriusXM satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity.
