Position Details & Weekly Scale

This is a full-time, W-2 position. Our target weekly scale is built to reach a ceiling of $1,750 per week. This is achievable through a combination of guaranteed base pay, per-mile rates, and performance bonuses for on-time deliveries and fuel efficiency. We do not overpromise unrealistic earnings; we provide a clear path to reach the high end of this scale consistently.

Core Requirements & Safety Gates

We pride ourselves on maintaining one of the safest fleets in the region. To ensure we uphold this standard, all applicants must pass the following strict safety gates:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience is mandatory. This must be recent and documented.
  • Safety Record: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years. This includes any at-fault incidents, regardless of severity.
  • Moving Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. This includes speeding, improper lane changes, and following too closely.
  • Serious Offenses: Zero DUIs or any alcohol-related driving offenses in the last 5 years. This is non-negotiable.
  • Background & Drug Test: Must pass a thorough criminal background check and a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
