We are seeking a professional and safety-focused CDL-A OTR Truck Driver to represent our fleet out of the Greenville, TX terminal. This is a high-mileage, steady over-the-road position with a strong focus on modern equipment, driver well-being, and on-time performance. If you have a clean record and a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience, we want to talk to you.

Earning Potential & Weekly Scale

Our pay structure is built to reward safe, efficient miles. Strong performers can expect a weekly scale that sits around a $1,750 ceiling, with additional per-mile and stop-pay incentives that allow you to exceed that target on high-volume weeks.

Late-Model Fleet Under 18 Months Old

You will be assigned a tractor that is less than 18 months old. No older equipment. Every truck is equipped with the latest safety technology, including collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and automatic traction control. Units are speced for driver comfort with a 72-inch sleeper, premium air-ride seats, and a full-size fridge.

  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
  • Zero DUIs or any alcohol-related driving offenses in the last 5 years
  • No positive drug or alcohol test in your DOT-regulated history
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean medical card

Our OTR freight is concentrated, meaning you will know your lanes. Primary regions include:

  • I-30 East/West: Greenville to Little Rock to Dallas
  • I-35 North/South: Dallas to Waco to Oklahoma City
  • I-20 East: DFW to Shreveport to Jackson
  • Regional backhauls into East Texas
