Secondary lanes include the I-95 coastal run down to Bridgeport and Stamford, with overnight hauls into the Lehigh Valley, PA and the greater Albany, NY market. Expect a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads at distribution centers in New Britain, CT; Worcester, MA; and Allentown, PA.

- Target weekly average: $1,550 to $1,750 ceiling for drivers running 2,400+ miles per week.
- Performance bonus: $500 quarterly for zero preventable accidents and perfect on-time delivery.
Health Blueprint & Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) with company match of $250 per quarter.
- Telehealth services for on-the-road consultations.
- Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
Pet & Rider Options
- Pet policy: Dogs and cats welcome after a 30-day probationary period. No weight limit, but breeds must be disclosed.
- Rider policy: Approved riders (spouse or dependent) may accompany you after 60 days of employment. Rider must complete a safety orientation in New Haven.
Safety Gate & Compliance
Our safety standards are strict. You must be able to maintain a clean MVR and DAC report. Any incident involving a preventable accident, a moving violation, or DUI will permanently disqualify you from this position. We run a weekly safety review with your dispatch team, and any red flags will be addressed immediately.
