Class A CDL Company Driver – Lubbock, TX

Localized Corridors & Lanes

Your routes will keep you close to the South Plains region, including regular runs to:

  • Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
  • Oklahoma City, OK
  • Amarillo, TX
  • El Paso, TX
  • Albuquerque, NM

These lanes are designed to maximize your time home while delivering reliable freight. Expect a mix of regional and dedicated work, with most trips returning to Lubbock within 3–5 days.

Equipment You Can Count On

All drivers operate late-model fleets under 18 months old. Our trucks are equipped with:

  • Automatic transmissions

Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record matters. To qualify, you must meet these strict standards:

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years

We conduct thorough background checks and MVR reviews to ensure a safe fleet.

Experience & Weekly Pay Scale

Minimum Requirement: 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.

Target Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $1,750 (based on experience, miles, and efficiency). Our top drivers consistently hit this ceiling with safe, productive runs.
