Talent Pipeline Architect (Remote Recruiter) – Danville, VA

This is a 1099 contract role for a corporate desk recruiter. You will not operate any vehicles or handle any transportation logistics. American Trucking Solutions is a stable, office-support service provider. We are seeking a single, dedicated Talent Pipeline Architect in the Danville area to manage our candidate flow from initial contact to onboarding.

What You Will Earn

Your weekly income will range from $1,000 to $2,000. This is a performance-based, 1099 structure. Your compensation is directly tied to your ability to guide candidates through our hiring pipeline.

Your Lead Source

You will work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads. These are candidates who have already applied or expressed interest. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing required. You only need to pick up the phone and start screening.

Your Core Responsibilities

Your daily work will involve:

  • Conducting structured phone-based screening interviews with warm candidates.
  • Meticulously updating our CRM system with every candidate touchpoint.
  • Guiding approved candidates step-by-step through our remote onboarding process.
  • Providing clear, professional communication to maintain a positive candidate experience.

What You Need to Have

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

  • A reliable computer and a smartphone.
  • High-speed internet connection without any restrictions.
  • A registered corporate entity (LLC with a valid EIN). If you do not have one, we will provide step-by-step guidance during your training period to file it.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
