We are seeking a professional CDL-A OTR Truck Driver to join our team based out of Santa Barbara, CA. This position offers a competitive weekly earnings ceiling of $1,750, with a focus on safety, reliability, and late-model equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate late-model fleet equipment (under 18 months old) on OTR routes, including corridors through California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including zero preventable accidents in the last 2 years and no more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the same period.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of freight, upholding company standards for professionalism and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Localized Corridors

Our OTR routes frequently cover major corridors including I-5, US-101, I-10, and I-15, with regular stops in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Seattle.

Safety Gate Requirements

To maintain our high safety standards, all drivers must meet the following criteria:

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related violations in the last 5 years.
