Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL-A Regional Truck Driver to join our Boston-based fleet. In this role, you will operate within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lanes, with a strong emphasis on the I-95, I-90, and I-84 corridors. You will be hauling dry van freight, with an average of 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week. All runs are designed to get you home weekly, with most drivers returning to the Boston metro area every 48 to 72 hours.

This is not an entry-level position. We require a minimum of three (3) months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience. You will be operating late-model equipment, all under 18 months old, equipped with the latest safety technology, including collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and automatic transmissions.

Your earning potential is structured to reward consistency and safety. The target weekly gross scale for this position sits at a ceiling of $1,750, with the average driver earning between $1,550 and $1,750 per week. Pay is based on a combination of per-mile and per-stop compensation, with additional pay for detention, layover, and holiday work.

  • Base Pay: $0.62 – $0.68 per mile (based on experience)
  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop after the second stop
  • Weekly Guarantee: $1,250 (minimum)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $150 per week for on-time delivery and fuel efficiency

Localized Routes and Corridors

As a Boston-based regional driver, you will focus on the following high-volume lanes:

  • Northbound: Boston to Portland, ME (I-95), Manchester, NH (I-93), and Concord, NH
  • Westbound: Boston to Albany, NY (I-90 / Mass Pike), then down to Hartford, CT (I-84)

You will never be routed west of Harrisburg, PA, or north of Bangor, ME, allowing for predictable scheduling and consistent home time.
