We are seeking a professional Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer Driver to operate dedicated lanes out of the Moorhead, MN terminal. This role is built for drivers who value consistency, modern equipment, and a safety-first culture. You will haul dry van freight across the Upper Midwest corridor, including I-94, I-29, US-10, and MN-336, with regular runs into Fargo, ND; St. Cloud, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Sioux Falls, SD; and occasional long-haul rotations to Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions).
  • Valid and current Class A CDL with clean medical card.
  • Strict safety gate: no more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Clean DOT record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Equipment & Fleet Standards

  • 100% late-model fleet: all tractors under 18 months old.
  • Automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and in-cab refrigerator.
  • Recent model 53-foot dry vans with aero skirts and advanced tire monitoring.
  • ELD equipped with real-time traffic routing and weather alerts for the Red River Valley.

Pay & Weekly Scale

  • Target weekly earnings: up to $1,750 ceiling for consistent performance.
  • Per-mile plus stop pay, with additional pay for winter weather events (common on I-94 / I-29).
  • Weekly direct deposit, no forced dispatch, and access to a driver pay portal.
