Class A CDL Tractor-Trailer Driver – Decatur, IL

Minimum Qualifications

  • Verifiable minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.

Localized Corridors & Operations

Based out of Decatur, IL, this position primarily serves corridors within a 150-mile radius, including routes to Springfield, Champaign, Bloomington-Normal, Peoria, and into the I-72 and I-57 corridors. Occasional runs to St. Louis and Indianapolis are available but limited to ensure weekly home time.

Late-Model Fleet & Equipment

All trucks are under 18 months old, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverter systems, and active collision mitigation. You will drive a 2023 or newer model Freightliner or International, maintained on a strict PM schedule.

Weekly Scale & Earnings

Target weekly earnings sit at a ceiling of $1,750. This is based on a mix of per-mile and activity-based pay, with consistent miles and minimal wait time. Average weekly miles: 2,100–2,400.
