What We Require (The Safety Gate)

We hold a strict safety standard. To join our team, you must meet the following gate requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience. We do not train new drivers; we hire professionals.
• Safety Record: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Absolutely zero DUIs or reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years.
• License: Valid Class A CDL with a clean medical card. No automatic restriction – you must be able to operate a manual transmission.

Your Daily Mission

• Operate a late-model tractor-trailer safely and efficiently across our regional lanes.
• Secure and inspect cargo according to federal and company regulations.
• Maintain electronic logs (ELD) with 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate dispatch updates, delays, or issues in real time.
• Represent our brand with professionalism at every shipper, receiver, and truck stop.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly Pay: Target scale around $1,750 per week, based on miles and stops. No forced dispatch.
• Home Time: 34-hour reset every week. We get you home – no exceptions.
