Supporting American Trucking Solutions | Midland, TX

We are American Trucking Solutions, a corporate desk operations team that connects top talent with stable logistics firms. We are looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner based in or around Midland, TX to join our virtual talent office. This is not a field role, and you will never operate heavy machinery or handle freight. Your workspace is your home office, and your focus is purely on recruitment process support.

Your Earnings and Structure

This contract position pays between $1,000 and $2,000 each week. The arrangement operates on a 1099 independent contractor model, giving you flexibility while working with a steady inflow of interested people.

The Lead Flow You Will Work With

Our company supplies you with warm inbound leads and application submissions. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. Every conversation starts with someone who has already raised their hand to learn about opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conducting phone-based screening conversations to understand candidate backgrounds and career goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system to track each candidate from introduction through final placement.
  • Guiding selected individuals through a remote onboarding sequence, including document collection and system setup.

To succeed in this role, you need a reliable computer, a smartphone, and high-speed internet access. You also must operate as a formal business entity. If you do not already have an LLC with an EIN, we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you file one without stress.
