Compensation & Pay Scale

Your weekly pay is designed to reflect your experience and dedication. Target weekly earnings will sit around a $1,750 ceiling, with opportunities for additional miles and incentives.

Equipment & Fleet

You will operate a late-model fleet, with all tractors under 18 months old. Our trucks are equipped with the latest safety technology and amenities to ensure a comfortable and efficient drive.

Localized Corridors

As a Valdosta-based driver, your regional routes will primarily cover the Southeastern United States. Expect to run corridors including:

  • I-75 corridor from Valdosta through Macon, Atlanta, and into Tennessee
  • I-10 corridor from Florida through Alabama and Mississippi
  • I-95 corridor along the Georgia and Florida coasts
  • Regular trips to and from major distribution hubs in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and South Carolina

Safety Requirements

Safety is our foundation. To qualify, you must meet the following strict safety gate requirements:

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
  • Zero DUIs in the last 5 years
  • Clean drug and alcohol testing history

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Clean driving record in accordance with our safety standards
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safe driving practices
