THE FINANCIAL REWARD

• Weekly Earning Power: $1,900+ (Top 20% of Fleet)

• Incentive Package: $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Annual Target: $85,000 – $100,000+

• Freight Quality: 100% No-Touch Freight

• Production: Average 1,500 high-revenue miles per week

• Extra Pay: Full coverage for detention, layover, and orientation

THE 5 & 2 SCHEDULE

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (Typically Saturday & Sunday)

• Work Week: 5 days on the road / 2 days off

• Operational Area: Concentrated routes in CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, and PA

• Equipment: Assigned 2021 or newer sleepers (Late-model Freightliner/Kenworth)

MINIMUM STANDARDS

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Comfort navigating the Northeast corridor and high-traffic metro areas

• Professional commitment to a 5-day on-duty rotation
