What You Will Do

Your daily workflow is built around clear, repeatable steps. You will conduct phone-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and walk selected individuals through a remote onboarding checklist. This is a high-touch role requiring a sharp ear and a professional phone manner.

• Conduct structured, phone-based screening calls with pre-qualified applicants.
• Log detailed interview notes and candidate status updates into our CRM system.
• Guide top candidates through our step-by-step remote onboarding process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to final hire.

What You Need to Succeed

You must operate as a legitimate business entity. This means owning a registered LLC with an EIN, or being fully willing to file for one immediately. We provide simple, step-by-step guidance during your first week of training to get you set up. Beyond the business structure, you need a reliable computer, a smartphone for client calls, and high-speed internet access.

Income & Schedule

Pay is issued weekly on a straight 1099 basis. Earnings range from $1,000 to $2,000 per week depending on volume and completion. You set your own hours within our operational windows, making this a true remote lifestyle fit for the Myrtle Beach area.
