We are actively seeking a CDL-A Regional Truck Driver to operate out of the Sacramento, CA area, running consistent regional lanes that keep you close to home while maximizing your earning potential. This is a dedicated regional position built for drivers who want predictable miles, late-model trucks, and a company that respects your time on the road and at home.

Position Highlights

• Home Time: Weekly home time (typically 34-48 hour reset) – be home for the weekends.
• Regional Lanes: Primary corridors include I-5, I-80, CA-99, and US-101. Freight runs through Northern California, the Central Valley, Reno, NV, and into the Pacific Northwest (Portland/Seattle areas) with occasional runs to Salt Lake City, UT.
• Late-Model Fleet: All trucks are 18 months old or newer. You will drive a well-maintained 2023-2024 Freightliner Cascadia or comparable model equipped with full aerodynamic package, APU, inverter, and satellite radio.
• Compensation: Target weekly scale sits around a $1,750 ceiling, based on a mix of per-mile and per-stop pay. Average annual earnings range from $85,000 to $91,000 for drivers who run consistent miles.
• Freight Handling: No-touch freight. Mostly drop-and-hook at major distribution centers. Some live unloads may occur at retail locations.

Pet & Rider Policy

• Rider Policy: Riders (spouse, domestic partner, or dependent 18+) are permitted after your first 30 days of employment. Riders must complete a simple orientation and sign a liability waiver. No more than one rider at a time.

Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record matters. To join our team, you must meet the following strict safety gate criteria:

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident (any severity) in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations (including speeding) in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• No positive drug or alcohol test results in the last 5
