Your Route Corridors Out of Altoona

Based in the heart of central Pennsylvania, you will run steady, predictable lanes connecting the Keystone State to key Midwest and Northeast markets. Expect frequent runs along the I-99 / I-80 corridor, with regular turns through the Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Cleveland freight zones. You will also pull into the Ohio Valley via the PA Turnpike (I-76) and return through the scenic I-81 corridor. No matter the direction, you will be moving essential freight through well-established distribution hubs, with minimal time spent in congested metro areas.

Late-Model Fleet – Under 18 Months Old

You will be dispatched in a late-model tractor (average age under 18 months) equipped with modern safety technology, automatic transmissions, and comfortable sleeper berths. Our fleet is refreshed on a strict rotation cycle, meaning you will always be in a reliable, fuel-efficient, and road-ready machine. No clunkers, no exceptions.

Compensation & Weekly Pay Scale

• Target Weekly Gross: Up to $1,750 ceiling (based on experience, mileage, and safe performance)
• Pay Structure: CPM (cents per mile) plus per-stop pay, with weekly settlement
• Bonus Potential: Safety, productivity, and fuel-efficiency bonuses paid quarterly
• Detention & Layover: Paid after 2 hours, at $20/hour

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years (regardless of fault classification)
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years (including speeding, following too closely, improper lane change, etc.)
• Zero DUIs / DWI / reckless driving convictions
