Corporate Remote Desk Role - Wichita Falls, TX

As a Talent Pipeline Architect with American Trucking Solutions, you will build and manage a structured hiring flow from your home office in Wichita Falls, leveraging warm leads and live applications. This is a desk-based, corporate support position, not a field role. No equipment operations or vehicle inspections are involved.

Your Compensation Structure

Weekly earnings land between $1,000 and $2,000, paid through a 1099 arrangement. You are paid for your ability to guide candidates through a clear process, not for hours clocked. This financial model rewards efficiency and consistency.

Where Your Candidates Come From

You will interact exclusively with warm inbound leads and direct application submissions. There is zero cold calling or telemarketing involved. Your focus is on qualification, not prospecting. Every conversation begins with someone who has already expressed interest.

Your Core Workflow

  • Conduct phone-based screening interviews with pre-qualified individuals.
  • Update candidate records and progress notes within our CRM system.
  • Guide selected candidates through a remote onboarding sequence, ensuring all steps are completed on time.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active candidates to meet weekly targets.

Technical and Legal Requirements

You must possess a reliable computer, a smartphone with a stable data connection, and high-speed internet service. To operate under a 1099 structure, you will need to function as a corporate entity. This means you must have an active LLC with a federal EIN. If you do not currently have one, we provide step-by-step guidance during your training to help you file the necessary paperwork.
