Remote Recruitment Specialist – San Angelo, TX

Hello from the corporate desk team at American Trucking Solutions. We are currently seeking a self-directed individual based in or near San Angelo, Texas to fill a Remote Recruitment Specialist position. This is an administrative support role within our internal recruiting division, focused entirely on office-based candidate outreach and processing. Please note, this is a non-driving, non-operational role with no physical equipment or vehicle involvement.

Your Compensation Structure

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will earn a consistent weekly payout ranging from $1,000 to $2,000. All payments are issued on a set schedule, and your income is directly tied to your own workflow and efficiency. There are no salary caps or bonus limitations.

Lead Source – Warm, Inbound Only

Your daily work will revolve around warm leads. We provide you with a steady stream of incoming applications and direct inquiries from interested candidates. There is absolutely no requirement for cold calling, aggressive telemarketing, or any form of outbound prospecting. Your focus is purely on conversation and guidance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough phone-based screenings with each applicant to assess fit and readiness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our internal CRM system.
  • Walk candidates through the remote onboarding process, offering clear instructions and support.
  • Coordinate paperwork and digital file management for new hires.
  • Provide exceptional communication and follow-up to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Equipment & Entity Requirements

To perform this role, you will need a reliable computer, a smartphone for communication, and a high-speed internet connection. Additionally, you must be operating as a corporate entity – meaning an LLC with a valid EIN. If you do not currently have one, do not worry. We provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you file the necessary paperwork quickly and easily.
