Job Type: Full-Time Regional
Home Time: Weekly home time (average 2-3 nights out)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience

Based out of Muncie, Indiana, this regional position keeps you centered in the heart of the Midwest. You will run consistent, dedicated corridors that connect your home terminal to key distribution hubs across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois. Typical lanes include:

  • Muncie to Indianapolis, IN (cross-dock and drop-and-hook freight)
  • Muncie to Fort Wayne, IN and Toledo, OH (automotive and manufacturing parts)
  • Muncie to Louisville, KY (food-grade and beverage freight)
  • Muncie to Chicago, IL and Gary, IN (retail and big-box distribution)
  • Occasional runs to Dayton and Cincinnati, OH for backhaul efficiency

All routes are designed to maximize your driving hours while keeping you close to home. No NYC, no Northeast congestion, no mountain passes. Just predictable, repeatable lanes that let you plan your week with confidence.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

We pay per mile with a blended rate that rewards both experience and safe driving. Our top regional drivers consistently scale their weekly earnings toward a $1,750 ceiling. Here is the breakdown:

  • Base rate: $0.58 per mile
  • Safety bonus: $0.03 per mile (clean record, no preventable accidents)
  • Productivity bonus: $0.02 per mile (on-time pickups and deliveries)
  • Average weekly miles: 2,400 to 2,800

Most drivers clear $1,450 to $1,750 per week depending on exact miles run and bonus qualification. Pay is processed weekly via direct deposit, with a clear, itemized pay stub every Friday.

Fleet & Equipment – Late-Model, Well-Maintained

You will not be fighting old equipment. Our fleet averages under 18 months of age, with a mix of 2023 and 2024 model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 tractors. Every truck includes:

  • 72-inch high-roof sleeper with full-size bunk
  • Inverter (1500W) for electronics and small appliances
  • APU (auxiliary power unit) for climate control without idling
  • Refrigerator, microwave mount, and 12-volt power ports
  • SiriusXM satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity
  • Automatic transmissions (no manual shifting required)
  • Forward-facing and driver-facing cameras for safety coaching, not surveillance-based discipline

Trailers are primarily 53-foot dry vans, with some reefer and flatbed opportunities for drivers who qualify. All equipment undergoes a 150-point inspection every 45 days.
