Job Description:
Maximize your earnings without sacrificing your weekly reset. We are currently adding Class A CDL professionals to our Springfield-based TSC Pendleton Tour Fleet. This is a high-mileage, dedicated regional operation moving 100% no-touch freight with guaranteed weekly home time.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,500
• Annual Earnings Target: $78,000
• New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (Starts paying on load #1)
• Productivity Incentive: Up to 3 CPM Performance Bonus
• Ancillary Pay: Paid Orientation, Detention ($12.50/hr), and Layover ($100/day)
OPERATIONAL PROFILE
• Home Schedule: Home Weekly (Full 34-hour reset)
• Lane Consistency: Springfield terminal base running dedicated Pendleton/Navarre DC routes
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight (Store deliveries)
• Equipment: Assigned 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
• Volume: High-mileage lanes averaging 2,300+ miles weekly
• Territory: Regional Midwest and Southern lanes (OH, MI, PA, NY, VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, WI)

SAFETY & EXPERIENCE STANDARDS
