Localized Corridors (Typical Routes)

  • I-77 North/South: Beckley to Charleston, WV and Charlotte, NC
  • I-64 East/West: Beckley to Richmond, VA and Louisville, KY
  • US-19 and WV-16 regional runs feeding the Beckley/Raleigh County industrial base
  • Occasional surge lanes into Roanoke, VA and Knoxville, TN for network balance

You will see the New River Gorge, the Blue Ridge foothills, and the coal-country highways from the best seat in the house – a late-model rig that handles these grades with ease.

Compensation Blueprint

Your weekly scale is engineered to land at a ceiling of $1,750 gross on consistent, safe, and productive weeks. Realistic average: $1,550 – $1,750 depending on dispatch timing and lane selection. No games with pay – you get a transparent rate per mile plus stop pay and detention.

Pay Breakdown

  • Base: 68 CPM loaded and empty
  • Stop Pay: $35 per stop after the second stop
  • Detention: $28/hour after 2 hours
  • Weekly guarantee: $1,250 minimum for fully available drivers

Fleet Specs

We do not put you in a clunker. Our fleet is strictly 18 months old or newer. Current models include Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 with full aero packages, automatic transmissions, and inverter systems. Every truck has a 76-inch sleeper, dual fuel tanks, and satellite tracking that respects your time.

Health & Home Blueprints

  • Health: Medical, dental, and vision plans starting day one of your second month. Company-sponsored HSA with employer match. Telehealth included for all drivers.
  • Home Time: 5 days out, 2 days home (guaranteed). You can request a 12-day out / 3-day home rotation after 90 days.
  • Pet & Rider Policy: Your pet rides free after your first 30 days. A rider (18+) can join you after 60 days, with a simple orientation. No extra insurance fees.

Safety Gate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We maintain a safety-first culture because you deserve to go home whole. You must pass the following gates:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions).
  • Preventable Accidents: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • Moving Violations: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • DUIs: Zero DUIs or drug/alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Clean background check and DOT physical. Road test required.
