Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist – Panama City, FL (Desk-Based Role)

This is a 1099 independent contractor position focused on office-based recruiting and candidate management. No local driving, no equipment operation, and no logistics coordination are involved. The work is performed entirely from a home office with a phone and computer.

Company: American Trucking Solutions (corporate support division – this is a desk role, not field work).

Weekly Income Range: $1,000 – $2,000, paid on a 1099 structure.

Your Daily Focus

You will work with warm leads that have already expressed interest or applied. There is no cold calling, no telemarketing, and no high-pressure dialing. Your day involves:

• Conducting phone-based screening interviews with candidates.
• Tracking applicant progress and notes in a cloud-based CRM system.
• Guiding qualified candidates through a structured remote onboarding process.
