Stop fighting for miles and join a fleet that respects your clock. Our Bakersfield division is currently expanding its roster for dedicated retail accounts. This is a regional position designed for drivers who want 100% no-touch freight and the security of a fixed weekly schedule.
THE REWARDS
• Revenue: Avg $1,550 - $1,750 per week
• Bonuses: $2,500 Sign-on (Starts paying week 1)

THE GEAR
• Trucks: 2024 Freightliner Cascadia sleepers
• Support: 24/7 localized California dispatch
• Policy: Bring your dog and a rider on your first load
THE REQUIREMENTS
• Active Class A CDL
• 3 months minimum OTR experience
• Commitment to a 7-10 day regional rotation
