We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated regional runs centered on Lufkin, TX. This role prioritizes safety, reliability, and consistent miles, offering a structured path to a strong weekly earning ceiling.

Compensation and Weekly Earnings

  • Weekly earning potential targets up to $1,750 (based on experience and dispatch schedule).
  • Consistent miles with a focus on turnaround and short-haul regional lanes.

Experience and Safety Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs in the past 5 years (any alcohol or drug-related driving offense).
  • Clean and current Class A CDL with no suspensions or revocations.

Equipment and Fleet Details

  • All tractors are late-model, under 18 months old.
  • Equipped with modern safety and comfort features, including collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and automatic transmissions.
  • Fleet maintained to the highest standards for reliability and fuel efficiency.

Localized Corridors and Operating Area

  • Primary routes: Lufkin, TX to Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Shreveport, and surrounding East Texas markets.
  • Secondary lanes: Regional hauls within a 300-mile radius of Lufkin, including Beaumont, Tyler, Longview, and Nacogdoches.
  • Focus on home time: Drivers can expect to be home multiple times per week, with many runs offering daily return.
