CDL-A Regional Truck Driver

Join our team as a CDL-A Regional Truck Driver based in Cumberland, MD. We are seeking experienced drivers with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience to operate within our regional network. This role offers a consistent schedule and competitive pay, with a weekly earning ceiling of $1,750.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate late-model fleet equipment, all under 18 months old, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Run regional routes primarily within the Mid-Atlantic corridor, including frequent runs through Cumberland, MD; Hagerstown, MD; and into areas of West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with all company and DOT regulations.
  • Manage cargo securely and complete timely deliveries while providing exceptional service.

Fleet and Equipment

Safety Gate Requirements

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Clean FMCSA record and valid Class A CDL required.

Localized Corridors

Routes are focused on the Mid-Atlantic region, with frequent trips from Cumberland, MD through the I-68, I-70, and I-81 corridors. Deliveries include runs to Hagerstown, MD; Winchester, VA; and Harrisburg, PA, with occasional longer runs into Ohio and New York. Home time averages weekly, with most routes allowing for consistent regional returns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Verifiable 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
  • Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
  • No felony convictions within the last 7 years.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
