CDL-A OTR Truck Driver – Phoenix, AZ

Drive the Southwest, Own the Open Road

Pay & Weekly Scale: Up to $1,750/week (target ceiling for top performers).

Minimum Experience Requirements

• 3+ months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs in the last 5 years.

Localized Corridors & Home Time

Your routes will focus on the Southwest and West Coast with regular runs through Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Albuquerque. Expect regional OTR with consistent home time every 2–3 weeks.

Late-Model Fleet

You’ll be assigned a 2023–2025 tractor, all under 18 months old. Equipped with:

• APU, inverter, and fridge
• Advanced safety tech (collision mitigation, lane departure)
• Pre-pass & EZ Pass

• Clean MVR – no more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Zero DUIs in the last 5 years
• Pass a DOT physical and drug screen
