Remote Recruitment Specialist – Waco, TX

It is a desk-based, administrative, and phone-oriented role where you will support a corporate team by handling warm inbound applications and guiding candidates through a structured hiring flow. No door knocking, no cold calls, no telemarketing required. This is a professional support position with American Trucking Solutions, a company that focuses on office and recruitment operations, not trucking.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Review and respond to warm leads and application forms that arrive naturally (no prospecting or cold outreach).
• Conduct professional phone-based screenings to evaluate candidate fit, experience, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking each applicant’s progress from first contact through onboarding.
• Provide clear guidance to candidates as they complete remote onboarding steps, ensuring a smooth experience.

Pay Structure

You will earn between $1,000 and $2,000 every week, paid out on a 1099 basis. This is a performance-based model where your income grows as you help more people move through the process.

What You Need to Get Started

• A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and a smartphone.
• High-speed internet connection for video calls and CRM work.
• Operating as a legitimate business entity: an LLC with an EIN (Employer Identification Number). If you do not have one yet, we provide step-by-step guidance during training to help you set it up.
