Your Path to a $1,750 Weekly Ceiling

We are seeking professional Class A CDL drivers based in or willing to relocate to the Newnan, GA area to join our elite late-model fleet. This is not a starter position. We require verifiable experience and a clean safety record because we haul high-value freight through the Southeast and beyond. Your weekly earnings scale is built around a target ceiling of $1,750, achieved through a combination of per-mile pay, practical miles, and performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications – Strict Gate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months. We will verify all prior employment and driving history.
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean medical card.
  • No more than 1 preventable accident (of any severity) in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years (excluding parking violations).
  • Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years. No exceptions.
  • No positive drug or alcohol test history under DOT regulations.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, road test, and background check.
  • At least 21 years of age.

Your Corridors & Lanes

From our Newnan, GA hub, you will run primarily regional lanes with occasional OTR stretches. Expect to operate along the I-85 corridor north to Atlanta and Charlotte, down I-185 to Columbus, and across I-20 east to Augusta and west to Birmingham. Longer runs extend into the I-75 corridor toward Knoxville, Nashville, and sometimes into the Midwest (Indianapolis, Cincinnati). You will never be assigned to the Northeast or West Coast. All routes are designed to maximize your weekly miles while keeping you within a 1,200-mile radius of home base.

Late-Model Fleet – Under 18 Months Old

You will drive a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or International LT. All trucks are speed-governed at 68 mph, equipped with automatic transmissions, collision mitigation systems, lane departure warnings, and in-cab navigation. Every truck receives a full PM service every 15,000 miles, and you will never be dispatched with a check engine light active. We do not assign older or high-mileage equipment. Your truck is your office, and we maintain it to that standard.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

  • Base pay: $0.58 per practical mile.
  • Mileage scale: 2,800 – 3,000 practical miles per week, placing your gross earnings between $1,624 and $1,740 weekly.
  • Performance bonus: Up to $150 per week for on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, and zero safety events.
  • Weekly scale ceiling: $1,750 gross (base + bonus).
  • Pay is direct deposited every Friday. No factoring companies, no hidden deductions.
  • Detention pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours of wait time.
  • Breakdown pay: $20 per hour, applied immediately when a load is delayed due to equipment issues.
