Compensation & Pay Scale

Our pay package is built to reward experienced drivers. Most of our drivers consistently scale toward the $1,750 weekly ceiling based on miles and stops. Expect:

• Competitive per-mile rate with tiered increases based on tenure.
• Guaranteed minimum pay for all dispatched miles.
• No-touch freight with drop-and-hook options at major distribution centers.
• Performance and safety bonuses paid out quarterly.

Late-Model Fleet & Equipment

Safety and comfort are non-negotiable. You will be assigned a tractor from our fleet that is under 18 months old, equipped with:

• Automatic transmissions for reduced driver fatigue.
• Inverter, APU, and bunk heater for comfortable rest periods.
• SiriusXM satellite radio and built-in navigation.
• Forward-facing and side cameras with active collision mitigation.

Strict Safety Gate Requirements

• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
• No positive drug or alcohol test results in the past 3 years.

Localized Routes & Home Time

We have structured our lanes to maximize your time in the Clarksburg region. Typical rotations include:

• Northbound on I-79 to Pittsburgh and Erie, PA.
• Eastbound on I-68 to Hagerstown and Baltimore, MD.
• Westbound on US-50 to Parkersburg and Columbus, OH.
