Location: Fully Remote - Open to candidates in the Beaumont, TX area

Compensation: $1,000 - $2,000 weekly (1099 Independent Contractor)

The core of your job is conducting phone interviews to identify strong candidates and then walking them through the steps of getting started, all from your home office in Beaumont. No heavy lifting or field visits—just clear, professional communication.

What You Need to Bring

  • A reliable computer, a smartphone you can use for calls, and high-speed internet that won't drop connection.
