Your Roadmap to a $1,750 Weekly Ceiling

Based out of the high-desert hub of Idaho Falls, this position puts you at the center of the Mountain West’s busiest freight corridors. You’ll run consistent, predictable lanes connecting the Snake River Valley to Salt Lake City, Boise, and the Pacific Northwest, with backhaul opportunities through Wyoming and Montana. This is a driver-centric operation built for professionals who want miles, respect, and a truck that’s never older than 18 months.

Minimum Qualifications – Strict & Non-Negotiable

  • At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions).
  • Current Class A CDL with a clean medical card and no automatic restriction.
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
  • Stable work history and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Localized Corridors You’ll Run

Your weeks will be anchored by these high-volume, low-stress routes:

  • Idaho Falls to Salt Lake City, UT (I-15 South) – frequent shuttles with reefer and dry van.
  • Idaho Falls to Boise, ID (I-84 West) – dedicated retail and foodservice freight.
  • Idaho Falls to Spokane, WA (I-90 West) – Pacific Northwest regional runs with 2-day turns.
  • Occasional long-haul into Denver, CO (I-80 East) for surge freight, then back to your home yard.

You’ll never be routed through downtown chaos. All stops are shipper/receiver facilities with dock access and truck parking.

Compensation & Home Time

  • Weekly Scale: $1,550 – $1,750 ceiling based on 2,400–2,700 miles per week.
  • Pay Structure: 58 – 64 cents per mile (experience-based) plus stop pay and detention pay after 2 hours.
  • Home Time: Out 5–6 days, home for 34–48 hours every weekend. You’ll sleep in your own bed weekly.
  • Direct Deposit: Every Friday, with a per-mile settlement breakdown.

Late-Model Fleet – Built for Safety and Comfort

  • 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 units – all under 18 months old.
  • Automated manual transmissions, collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and in-cab cameras (event-based only).
  • APUs, inverter (1500W), heated/cooled seats, and 76-inch sleeper berths.
  • Pre-pass and ELD included; no forced dispatch, no team driving.
