Your Weekly Earning Potential

Your day-to-day will be built around warm inbound leads. Candidates and applicants come to us directly through our online channels and application forms. What You Will Be Doing Each Day

Your primary focus is phone-based screening. You will interview qualified candidates over the phone, accurately capture their details in our CRM system, and then guide each person step-by-step through our remote onboarding process. The work is conversational and process-driven, not high-pressure sales.

Tools and Setup You Need to Succeed
