What You Will Do Daily

  • Conduct phone-based screening conversations with warm, inbound applicants to assess fit and interest.
  • Manage candidate progress using our straightforward CRM system, keeping records organized and up to date.
  • Walk selected candidates through our remote onboarding steps, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
  • Operate independently from your home office in the Cartersville area, with full flexibility to set your own schedule.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Ability to operate as a legitimate business entity (LLC with an EIN). If you do not have one yet, we provide step-by-step filing guidance during training at no cost to you.
