Talent Pipeline Architect – Bay City, TX – Remote Desk Role

About the Position

American Trucking Solutions maintains its business from a corporate desk setting. This remote role centers on building talent pipelines through structured phone screening and digital tracking. You will manage warm leads and application inquiries provided directly to you—no cold calling or telemarketing involved.

Your Weekly Compensation

This role pays on a 1099 structure. Your weekly take-home will range from $1,000 to $2,000 based on your consistent effort and pipeline development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based screening conversations with candidates who have already shown interest
• Track each candidate’s progress and status using our CRM system
• Guide new hires through a remote onboarding sequence, ensuring they complete all necessary steps

Tools and Setup You Will Need

• A reliable computer and smartphone
• High-speed internet connection for VOIP calls and CRM work
• You must operate as a corporate entity—either already have an LLC with an EIN, or be willing to file one. During training, we provide step-by-step guidance to help you set this up.
