We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with a proven track record to operate late-model equipment on predictable, localized corridors. This is a full-time, home-weekly position designed for professionals who value stability and respect.

Position Highlights

  • Localized Corridors: Primary routes include I-90, I-495, I-290, and I-95, serving Worcester, Boston, Springfield, Hartford, and Providence. Consistent, repeat lanes with minimal wait times.
  • Late-Model Fleet: Operate tractors and trailers under 18 months old, equipped with the latest safety technology, collision mitigation, and ergonomic features.
  • Competitive Weekly Pay: Target weekly earnings up to $1,750, with pay per mile and load-based incentives.
  • Health Blueprint: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans starting day one, plus a 401(k) with company match.
  • Rider & Pet Policy: Bring your passenger or pet after 30 days of employment. Pre-approved riders and pets welcome on approved routes.
  • Safety Gate Requirements: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, and zero DUIs or serious traffic violations in the last 5 years.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Verifiable minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
  • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record as defined above.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
