Class A CDL Company Driver – Frederick, MD

Localized Routes & Corridors: Operate primarily on I-270, I-70, US-15, and MD-340, servicing Frederick, Hagerstown, and Winchester. Your routes stay within a 250-mile radius, ensuring home time without sacrificing earnings.

Fleet & Equipment

Drive late-model tractors under 18 months old, all equipped with automatic transmissions, advanced safety systems, and APUs. Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards, maximizing comfort and reliability.

Compensation & Earnings

Weekly Scale: Target $1,750 per week ceiling based on performance and mileage. Consistent freight volumes and optimized routing support steady pay.

Pet & Rider Policies

  • Pet Policy: Approved cats and dogs allowed in the cab (small to medium breeds). Must provide current vaccination records and a refundable deposit.
  • Rider Policy: Rider program available after 90 days. Spouse, domestic partner, or dependent children (age 10+) permitted. Must sign a liability waiver.

Safety Gate Requirements

Strict Safety Gate:

  • Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
  • Zero DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years
  • Clean drug test and criminal background check

Additional Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL (no restrictions except automatic transmission restriction is okay)
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Safe driving record with no serious violations
  • Professional and reliable work history
