Position: Class A CDL Company Driver
Location: St. Joseph, MO
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience

Localized Corridors & Routes

Your home base is St. Joseph, MO, with primary lanes covering:
- I-29 corridor to Kansas City and Omaha

- Regional runs into Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri
Note: Routes are subject to change based on customer demand, but we prioritize keeping you within a 300-500 mile radius for better home time.

Compensation & Weekly Scale

Target weekly earnings scale: $1,500 – $1,750 (based on miles and dispatch consistency).
Your pay is competitive with local market rates, with additional per-mile bonuses for efficiency and safety.

Fleet & Equipment

All company trucks are late-model (under 18 months old), featuring:
- Automatic transmissions
- Collision mitigation and lane departure warnings
- APU units for comfort
- Pre-pass and EZ Pass for toll efficiency

To ensure all drivers meet our high standards, you must pass the following safety gate:
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Zero DUIs or drug/alcohol-related violations in the last 5 years
- Clean DOT physical and drug screen required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
  • Valid Class A CDL and medical card
  • No felonies or serious traffic offenses
  • Ability to pass a road test and background check
  • Comfortable with electronic logging devices and safety systems
