This is iteration 38 of our driver program, refined by hundreds of driver feedback sessions. We've eliminated the guesswork from your paycheck and the stress from your daily run. You will handle freight that demands a steady hand and a clean record, and we compensate accordingly.

Localized Corridors and Freight Lanes

  • Primary lanes: I-80, I-81, and I-99 corridors connecting Williamsport to Harrisburg, Scranton, and Binghamton.
  • Secondary lanes: I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) runs toward Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, plus I-78 into New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.
  • Regional routes keep you within a 300-mile radius of Williamsport, with occasional longer hauls to Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • No NYC boroughs, no DC metro, no unnecessary congestion. We prioritize lanes that respect your time and safety.

Compensation and Weekly Scale

  • Target weekly gross ceiling: $1,750 based on 2,400-2,700 miles per week.
  • Per-mile rate: $0.62 - $0.68 depending on verifiable experience and safety history.
  • Stop pay: $25 per stop after the first stop on multi-stop loads.
  • Breakdown pay: $22 per hour during any mechanical delay.
  • Weekly direct deposit, no factoring, no hidden deductions.

Your Truck: Late-Model Fleet Under 18 Months Old

  • 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and International LT series tractors.
  • Automatic transmissions, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and forward collision mitigation.
  • Inverter (1500W), 12V outlets, dual bunk mattresses, and ample cab storage.
  • APU units on all trucks for climate control without idling.
  • Pre-pass equipped, ELD mandatory, and 360-degree camera safety system.
